Lucy is a fully qualified mat and reformer Pilates instructor and former professional dancer, bringing a strong understanding of movement, alignment and body awareness into every session.
Her teaching style combines precision with flow, helping clients build strength, improve posture and feel more confident in how their bodies move day to day. Sessions are always tailored to the individual. whether you're completely new to reformer, returning after injury, supporting another training routine, or simply looking for a focused hour to move well and feel better.
Lucy’s background in the dance industry gives her a trained eye for technique and movement patterns, but her sessions are designed to feel welcoming, supportive and accessible to all levels.
Alongside 1:1 teaching, Lucy works across some of Manchester's best boutique studios and is known for creating sessions that are calm, encouraging and quietly challenging in the best way.
